Zoho People: HRMS Update: Automatic Earned Leave Credits

To reward consistent attendance, Earned Leave (EL) will now be credited automatically based on monthly attendance.

What's new:

• Earned Leave eligibility is calculated from the month's attendance records.
• Eligible leave is automatically added to the employee's leave balance.
• Leave credits will appear in Zoho People within 72 hours after eligibility is achieved.
• No manual request or approval is required for eligible employees.

This update ensures a transparent and automated leave accrual process while recognizing consistent attendance.
